Refrigerant Gas R427A


The R427A refrigerant, alias R-427A, matches R22 in terms of performance (energy efficiency ratio and cooling capacity), mass flow rate and operating pressure over the entire temperature range. The exhaust temperature is 10℃ lower than R22. Using R427 refrigerant does not require changes to the original installation’s expansion valves, liquid lines, condensing units, or any other expensive components. You may only need to adjust the expansion valve superheat to optimize system performance. It is one of the refrigerants with global warming potential in all R22 system retrofit schemes.


R427A refrigerant steel cylinder is a pressure container. Keep it away from fire, heat, and direct exposure to sunlight. It is usually stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated warehouse. When handling, light loading and unloading should be carried out to prevent cylinder and valve and other accessories from damage.


R427A is the most widely used medium and low temperature refrigerant today, mainly used in commercial and domestic air conditioning: chiller, roofing machine, split system, heat pump, etc. Commercial refrigeration and food processing industries: supermarkets, warehouses, cold storage, etc. Industrial refrigeration.
