R22 Refrigerant Gas
Difluoromethane, also known as difluoromethane, freon-22, abbreviated as HCFC-22, chemical formula CHClF2, is a hydrochlorofluorocarbon containing hydrogen, colorless gas with a slight sweet smell. Freon is a general term for halogenated derivatives of saturated hydrocarbons (hydrocarbons). It is a class of refrigerants that emerged with the development of the chemical industry in the 1930s. It is mainly used as raw material for preparation of tetrafluoroethylene and refrigerant, spray, pesticide production materials, etc. Difluoro-chloromethane is one of the gases that have a damaging effect on the ozone layer (ODP) and a greenhouse effect (GWP). (The ODP of R22 refrigerant is 0.034, GWP is 1760, and ASHRAE safety level is A1.)
According to the Montreal Protocol, it has ceased to be used and produced in developed countries, and can still be produced in developing countries, but its production and use deadline is 2030.

R410A Refrigerant Gas
R410A new refrigerant is a mixture of R32 (difluoromethane) and R125 (pentafluoroethane), mainly composed of hydrogen, fluorine and carbon elements (expressed as hfc). R410A is colorless in appearance, not cloudy, volatile, boiling point -51.6℃, freezing point -155℃. It has the characteristics of stability, non-toxicity and superior performance. It also reduces the damage to the ozone layer. In addition, the performance of air conditioning with new refrigerant will also be improved. (R410A refrigerant has an ODP of 0, a GWP of 1920 and an ASHRAE safety level of A1.)
R410A is internationally recognized as the most suitable refrigerant to replace R22, and has been popularized in Europe, America, Japan and other countries. R410A has better gas-liquid specific heat capacity and dynamic viscosity than R22. Compared with R22, the R410A refrigerant has a higher cooling capacity and does not separate when the temperature slip is less than 0.2℃.
R404A Refrigerant Gas
R404A is a chlorine-free non-azeotropic mixture of HFC125, HFC-134a and HFC-143, the proportion of R404A = 44% R125 + 4% R134A + 52% 143A. It is a colorless gas at room temperature and a colorless transparent liquid at its own pressure. R-404A is suitable for medium and low temperature new commercial refrigeration equipment, transportation refrigeration equipment or replacement equipment. Closest to R-502, this refrigerant is suitable for all environments in which R-502 can operate normally. (ODP of R404A refrigerant is 0, GWP is 3940, and ASHRAE safety level is A1.)

R407C Refrigerant Gas
R407C is a non-azeotropic mixed working medium composed of R32, R125 and R134a. It is a safe refrigerant with low toxicity and non-combustible. The environmental performance of refrigerant is mainly reflected by two important environmental indicators, namely ozone attenuation index ODP and greenhouse effect index GWP. The ODP of R407C is 0 and GWP is 1620, both of which are better than R22, that is, the environmental performance of R407C is better than R22. The R407C can be used in the original R22 system. You only need to replace a few parts of the original system and replace the mineral chilled oil in the original system with POE oil that is intersoluble with the R407C. In this way, the R407C can be directly charged. (ODP of R407C refrigerant is 0, GWP is 1620, and ASHRAE safety level is A1.)
R407C has very similar characteristics and performance to R22, so it becomes a long-term substitute for R22, used in a variety of air conditioning systems and non-centrifugal refrigeration systems.
As developed countries have eliminated R22 in advance, the production of this product is no longer allowed in their own countries, so the so-called imported R22 sold in the market is actually domestic OEM production.
